Welcome to CTRL Media Miami! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our subscription-based growth services. By subscribing to our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

CTRL Media Miami offers a range of growth services, including but not limited to paid ads, design, content creation, organic growth, management, coaching, and web development. The specific services you receive will be outlined in your subscription plan.

2. Subscription Plans and Billing

2.1. Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis. 2.2. Subscription fees are due at the beginning of each subscription period. Payments are non-refundable. 2.3. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. 2.4. Billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. You may pause your subscription at any time. Any unused days in your billing cycle will be credited to your account for future use.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep this information up-to-date. 3.2. You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. 3.3. You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to spamming, infringing on intellectual property rights, or distributing harmful content.

4. Service Requests and Delivery

4.1. You may submit an unlimited number of requests within your chosen plan's scope. 4.2. Most requests are completed within 2-3 days, but complex requests may take longer. We will communicate expected timelines for such requests. 4.3. Requests are to be submitted through the provided client portal on Breeew or other designated platforms.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1. All content created by CTRL Media Miami, including but not limited to designs, texts, graphics, and software, is the property of CTRL Media Miami. 5.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for your business purposes. 5.3. You will retain full ownership of all the designs and development work completed in your subscription.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information received from the other party. This includes but is not limited to business plans, customer lists, and marketing strategies.

7. Revisions and Satisfaction

We will revise designs until you are 100% satisfied, within reason and the scope of the original request.

8. Limitations of Services

Certain services are not included in our offerings, such as 3D modeling, animated graphics, document design, complex packaging, and extensive print design. Please refer to our FAQ for a complete list of exclusions.

9. Communication

Upon subscription, you will receive access to a private Slack channel for direct communication with our team.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes.

11. Termination

11.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be provided for the remaining period of the subscription. 11.2. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that may harm our services or reputation.

12. Limitation of Liability

CTRL Media Miami shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the subscription period in which the claim arose.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by email or through our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
